moving from Oracle VM

since day one, we're never satisfied with Oracle VM. frequent crashes of the VMs and blades (we also use Oracle blades) prompted us to start investing in Hyper-V and IBM blades.

the project hasn't started yet, still in the design phases hence i would like to solicit any advice in preparing for Hyper-V with SQL Server 2008/2012 and Windows Server 2012. i do have a Pillar SAN Storage (but I understand Windows can only use NAS?) i would like to have this project perform almost perfectly from the start.

appreciate any help.
