We are using Hyper-V 2016 and have been for a while. One thing I noticed is individual cores being maxed out while other cores are in better shape. For example Node 1 may have much higher use than Node 0:
What I'm curious about is how come It isn't picking up available resources from the other node? Is that because of NUMA?
