Unable to switch off virtual machines in Hyper-V VDI collection

Good afternoon,

I am working on a client who has a VDI Hyper-V infrastructure consisting of two servers on which virtual machines reside, managed by a connection broker and the request is that virtual desktops, after a user has logged off, remain switched off until they are assigned to some other user and that there is no default behavior that involves rebooting the machine and waiting, in freeze, for a new connection.

How can this feature be implemented whenever possible?
