Hyper-V Core 2016 licensing

I've installed Hyper-V Core 2016. When I RDP into the machine I get a warning message "Remote Desktop licensing mode is not configured - Remote Desktop Services might stop working in 120 days". I never got this message on Hyper-V Core 2012 R2.

So is Hyper-V Core 2016 still free like 2012 was? If so how can I fix this licensing mode?
