Is there a tool available that will allow me to move a Hyper-V VM back to a physical server

For convenience we built a Hyper-V VM (Server 2012 R2) to run an instance of SQL server. We are now considering having the SQL Server running on a physical server. Is there a way to migrate the contents of the VHD back on to a bootable HDD on a physical server?

Would appreciate advice - even if it is don't do it!!!
