I am not sure what I am missing. I have one user who is able to start/stop VM but when trying to view the properties of a VM - a permission error occurs using Failover Cluster Manager.
The user is "Domain user" and member of a "Hyper-V Management" Group in AD which we created. This AD Group is member of the "local admin" Group on all the Hyper-V servers. Based on my understanding that should be sufficient for him to do view the settings of a VM.
Any ideas? It would be really helpful to find out where to look for the error in Event Viewer as I didn't find any.
