Unable to remove Hyper-V

have you tried this:

Dism /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V-All or Dism /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V

Unfortunately, on the next start after a reboot I get an error:

We couldn't complete the features
Undoing changes
Don't turn off your computer.

Well this is the world we live in And these are the hands we're given...
