scheduling access requests in cloud storage

Hi all

I'm doing my project on Scheduling access requests in cloud storage..

This project was like when we are migrating Vm , we are getting continuous requests from end user for that end user requests we have had to maintain some scheduling algorithm 

But the problem is I'm not getting any idea how to implement algorithms in CloudSim and How it will work what are the requirementsi need to implement this project and how to show the result..

Will u please any one help me i am searching for these reasonsfromlong time but i am not getting any correct solution
