Virtual Machines waking from Saved state unintended

I am running Hyper-V on Windows 10. I have a number of VMs with various guest OSs installed that I use for software testing and QA.  For each of them, I have a checkpoint that was made when the VM was in the saved state. After doing some tests or whatever, I kill the guest OS and revert back to the most recent checkpoint to clean things up.

The last few weeks (I'm not sure when this started), one or more of the VMs have taken to starting up on their own.  I think it happens when I boot my host machine.  At first I thought it was me being forgetful and leaving the VMs running, but I have verified that the VMs are starting all on their own.  You can really notice it when 2 of them are running because the eat up all my RAM.

I upgraded to Windows 10 about 2 months ago, which seems to roughly correspond to when this problem started.

Any help would be appreciated.
