Remote desktop issues with win 10 as root os

I have a new z170 chipset skylake 6500 16GB DDR4 system and have hyper-v turned on in my win 10 pro install.

The problem I have and clean reinstall does not make a diff. is when connecting to win 10 from another win 10 machine using the mouse to say, scroll in a web browser, will cause the RDP session to drop. It seems to be tied to mouse commands as using the keyboard appears fine. Scrolling clicking etc all tend to drop the connection and it is also random when using the mouse will do this.

Using RDP from an older OS such as windows 7 is also affected but to a lower degree. I do not seem to have this problem if I use remote desktop to connect to a windows 10 machine that does not have Hyper-v installed.
