One Volume with Two Disks and need to expand the first, how?

Good Morning,

Maybe I am missing something but I need some help.  Have a Hyper-V VM with one volume and in that volume there is a C drive of 95GB and a D Drive of 100GB, no big. We are using a PS-6100 for iSCSI Storage.  When I expand the volume on the 6100, then go to the Hyper-V Host and extend the volume no issues.  When I go to the VM the additional disk apace shows on D Drive and NOT D Drive.   Ii need it on C not D.  My research says this is a tough spot, rebuild the VM or try and remove stuff from C drive.  Either option will be tough. I am hoping someone has seen this before and can provide some answers.

  Ideas?

TIA,

Jim
