Encounter Error When backup Hyper V VM using Windows Backup

Dear Hyper V Expert,

I am encountering error while trying to backup the Hyper V VM by using WIndows Server Backup 2012. My Hyper V server is running Windows Server 2012 Standard and I am creating a schedule to backup the VM to a shared storage. The VM is running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. I can see that there is file being backup, but at the end it is failed with the error message below. Please advise whether there is compatibility issues occurred here.
