VM could not initialize

Howdy Y'all

A question...

I've completed an install of Windows 2012 R2 with all available updates.  I installed the Hyper-V role and created a Windows 2012 virtual machine.  Everything was going well.  Then, I changed the Administrator user account name and the server name.  Now, the existing VM that was previously working and all new VMs do not initialize.  The previously working VM works fine on other Hyper-V servers.

Hyper-V-Worker Error 3040 "VMname" could not initialize
