Hyper V Error - Microsoft Emulated IDE Controller

Hi

in a new server (W2008 R2) - HP Proliant ML 350 G5 I can't start any virtual machines. When I try to start one virtual machine I see an error about Microsoft Emulated IDE Controller if virtual machine has an vhd attached, but is the virtual machine hasn't vhd the error is different: Microsoft Synthetic SCSI Controller Insufficient Memory.

I've reinstalled HyperV role, but I'm in the same state

Any ideas?
