Isolating VMs on the same host cluster 2012 R2 in the same network with SCVMM 2012 R2

Hi,

We have cluster 2012 R2 hyper-v hosts , Physical network card is trunked port  , and has many  VLANS

One of VLAN has ID 747

We need to Isolate network traffic VMs in subnet of vlan 747 from connected to each other.

What should  I do ?
