Windows server 2008R2 with exchange 2010 nic problem

I'm in a jam and loosing it...  Make a long story short, 2 months ago I moved my physical exchange 2010 server (running server 2008R2) to Hyper-V using scvmm 2012.  I had a few hiccups with the nic teaming, but once I removed the nic team, set both external and internal dns, mails were flowing pretty well... Until yesterday.

Now, my excahnge server lost both it's internal and external DNS and I can't add them.  Now I'm goign to do my best to translate the messages as my exchange is in french...  When I go to server configuration - properties - external or internal dns- I get the following error: Cannot read the informations from network adapter.  Error: invalid class.  Running command "Get-Networkconnectioninfo - Identity "Myservername"  and then the DNS options are greyed out and can't select anything

I deleted the nics and recreated them ( tried network adapter and legacy adapter with same results) and still getting the error

Enviroment is :

Server 2008R2 on Hyper-V (server 2012)

Exchange is version 14.03.0195.001

I've posted to exchange forum  http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/3705facd-5980-48a1-99ce-658e31da073f/exchange-2010-sp-3-rollup6-not-starting?forum=exchange2010#3705facd-5980-48a1-99ce-658e31da073f
