We are planning to include a virtual machine with Windows XP in a future Windows 8 Enterprise image. This virtual machine should be accessible to users, they must be able to log on to the machine, but should not be able to change any Hyper-V options, the settings of the machine itself, neither to have the rights to create new VMs. I found this article which describes a way for delegating permissions using Authorization Manger. But this method seems quite cumbersome. Does Windows 8/Server 2012 provide something more manageable and easier to accomplish this goal?
