Replication Failed while the replica VM is being backed up

Hi,

I backup all replica VM using Symantec backup , Once the backup start , The replication was suspended and set in failed state

as the below alert the status of replica VM is"Backing up..."

Hyper-V failed to replicate changes for virtual machine 'VMOOWEB' (Virtual Machine ID 24FB4E40-654D-4C8C-99EF-118033903B03). Hyper-V will retry replication after 5 minute(s).

'VMOOWEB' failed to perform the operation. The operation cannot be performed for this virtual machine while it is in its current state. (Virtual machine ID 24FB4E40-654D-4C8C-99EF-118033903B03)

Do you have any idea how to recover it ?
