Win Server 2012 Standard, Hyper-V is its primary role.
This server has three VMs, none of which have a heavy load. All three VMs are set to start when the hardware starts. Yesterday I updated the host and rebooted it. I assumed all three VMs would start on their own since they're set that way and never checked them. This morning I discovered that they were all in the saved state, none of them started on their own. I was able to manually start them each, without any problems at all.
I checked the VM settings to verify they were all set to auto start. I checked the Windows server logs, no errors.
Anyone have any ideas what's happened here or what I need to change? Do I need to look elsewhere for other 'auto start' settings?
