Sharing iSCSI physical ports between host and guest

Hi,

we are going to move from ESXi 5.0 + vCenter to Hyper-V 2012 R2 + SCVMM.

I'm currently stuck with the question how I can share my physical connections to my iSCSI SAN network between the host (for vhdx storage) and the guest VMs (exchange mailboxes, SQL dbs, etc.).

Is there a whitepaper about that?

Is it supported at all?

I have one server that have 4 VLAN physical ports and 4 dedicated iSCSI physical ports (on a dedicated physical network with its own switches).
The VLAN ports are teamed, the iSCSI ports aren't.
For now I think I have to create at least 2 virtual switches. I connect the switches with 2 of the 4 physical ports (one on each physical SAN switch). I enable "allow management operating system to share this network adapter" and "SR-IOV", so the Hyper-V host can still use all 4 physical interfaces for vhdx access.

Then I add two virtual nics to the virtual machine and connect each to the two virtual switches.
