Move operation failed 2012r2 to 2012, The request is not supported(0x80070032)

I am getting this errorerror migrating a vm from server 2012 r2 to server 2012

I successfully live migrated this same vm from 2012 to 2012r2.
I then added a 10Gig Nic (intel x540)to the server 2012 hyperv host, changed the vswitches accordingly, and tried to move the VM back.
