Hardware Specifications for the following

I want to set up the following virtual environment with the following and would like to know if this hardware spec will be able to run this. Hope for some feedback on this. Users is 20.

Server Hardware Spec :

2 X Intel Xeon E5606 2.13Ghz Processors
96 GB RAM
6 X Seagate 600GB SAS 15000RPM Drives setup in RAID 10
2 X Seagate 1TB SAS  72000RPM Drivers setup in RAID 5

VM's to be running the following

VM1Windows 2012  -  Domain Controller and File Server
VM2  Windows 2012  - Exchange Server 2013
VM3Windows 2012  - SQL 2012 
VM4 Windows 2012  - Great Plains
VM5 Windows 2012 - IIS
