Secure labs using Hyper-V ?

I would like to install a secure lab environment using Hyper-V. The labs will contain senstive production servers (cloned).  It is important for them to remain secure with no possibility of them inadvertantly being reintroduced to production.  Members of our support team need to be able to easily connect to the lab enviornment using their laptops (again this needs to be secure).

What would a good solution be ?
