Fix "Cant Start Error" in Hyper V when trying to start a VM

Hi all.

I'm currently running Windows Server 2008 R2 on VMWare Workstation.

So I am trying to set up Hyper V machines and trying to start them. When I click on start, the following error pops up: 

How can I fix this to start the VM's??
