Still a bit confused on the private network.

Ok so here is my scenario.

I have a single Virtual Host running Hyper-V Server 2012 R2.  My virtual host has two network adapters which are connected to my domain.  I have configured three Virtual Adapters, call them Nic1, Nic2 and NicPrivate.  Nic1 and Nic2 are Eternal adapters and consume the physical network ports.  The Hyper-V Server can use both Nic1 and Nic2 but is not configured for Nic-Teaming.

I have two servers running on that host, call them Server 1 (Server 2012) and Server 2 (Server 2012 R2).  I have added all three Virtual Network adapters to each virtual server.  I am Nic-Teaming Nic1 and Nic2 on both Servers.  For now, NicPrivate is disabled in the host os.

Server 2 is my SQL Server and Server 1 is my SharePoint server.  I would like all the SQL communication to go thru the NicPrivate.  How can I ensure this is happening?
