Hyper V 2012 Import error - VM could not be realized due to errors

Hi guys,

We are experiencing errors during Hyper-V import operations.

Error 1: Could not be realized due to validation errors.

Error 2: Could not be realized due to errors in its configuration file which could not be resolved


Please advise for the solution
