windows could not change the write-caching setting for the device you device might not support this feature or change the setting

can anyone please direct me to how I can disable the write caching on existing hard drive partition.  am using the partition on Hyper-v windows 2012R as pass-through. HD

every time am trying to change the open am receiving the error below.
