new Dell server with quad port Intel NIC. How should I configure this?

I have a Dell Poweredge R720 with a quadport Intel NIC, connecting to a single Dell Powerconnect 2848.  I don't think this switch can anything that special, so how should the 4 ports of the NIC be configured for maximum performance?

Since all the ports are on a single NIC, I don't think there's any real point to building it for redundancy.
