hyper-v Network Teaming must assign ip address all interface ?

my Server have 4 nic  and i will setup to network teaming

first nic i assign ip address for management  192.168.1.10

and other nic must assign ip address ?

and when setup network teaming   i must assign ip address for network teaming again ?
